Deanna Lovett Store
Development store privacy notice
Draft — development testing only. Version development-2026-09-21.
The preview processes account names and email addresses, securely hashed passwords, session-cart contents, order lines, shipping contact and address details, optional phone numbers, shopping contact details you edit in My Account, saved shipping addresses when you choose to save them, and inventory audit records. You can remove your saved address from your account; existing orders retain their original shipping details. Use synthetic details for testing.
A necessary session cookie maintains sign-in, the cart and anti-forgery protection. Sign-in and registration attempt counters use hashed identifiers for abuse prevention. The hosting server may record IP addresses, requested paths and timestamps in access logs. No card or banking fields are provided; do not enter payment details in other fields.
Customer order pages are restricted to that customer and authorized store administrators. PayPal sandbox receives the order reference and test amount when you choose PayPal; the CMS stores payment identifiers and status, never card or bank details. No live payment or carrier API is connected. Existing site-wide scripts and hosting controls require a separate launch privacy review.
Merchant contact details, production retention periods, deletion/access request handling, processor disclosures and jurisdiction-specific notices remain to be approved before public launch. This notice does not promise a retention or deletion schedule that has not been implemented.
